Commuter Benefit Programs allow employers to help offset the commuting costs for their employees, leading to:

Employers can start vanpools for employees to commute to work, provide discounted transit passes, or even implement teleworking policies as employee benefits. Our program can help you decide which benefits will be best for you and your employees!

Data Collection & Analysis

Want to learn more about employee commuting patterns, consider the feasibility of starting a vanpool program or find new ways to reduce absenteeism?

We can survey employees, compile available transportation data, and provide reports to help guide decision-making and identify new opportunities.

Marketing Materials

Flyers, Infographics, Signage

Want to help with employee commutes but not quite ready to implement new policies? Providing employees with information on the alternative transportation modes available and encouraging the use of these modes can also help!

Our Program Manager can help to create custom marketing materials including (but not limited to):

Flyers
Infographics
Copy for websites
Newsletters
Information to be included in employee onboarding packets

Lunch & Learn Events

Hosting lunch and learn style events helps to provide an opportunity for employees to learn more about the alternative commuting options available to them.

Additionally, if your organization hosts employee benefits/resource fairs, the Commuter Assistance Program manager is available to share information at those events as well!
